aggravated
and so another one of my sister's friends becomes a teen mom today (i don't know how many this is, like the 5th or 6th girl my sister is friends with a baby)....it is so aggravating and it feels so not fair...these girls have picture perfect pregnancies and here i am, i do everything right and i have a miscarriage. i just don't understand. i know its not right to be a hater but i can't help it
i feel like its a privledge to be a parent and these girls act like its a joke...for them its cool and it gets them attention...to them the baby is a doll to play with and then their parents take care of the baby's real needs...it always bothered me but after having a loss ugh, it hurts...

Re: aggravated
babies having babies. I understand your frustration. Having a loss myself and still trying to pregnant is upsetting.
Being surrounded by so many pregnant family and friends and here I am still not pregnant.

Re: aggravated
i'm not saying this girl isn't going to be a good mom - she might be...but it still stings that someone who isn't trying and doesn't want a baby HAS one - on top of the fact they are still a kid who lives at home and their parents take care of them
it just stings...there are so many of us here with losses, infertility or just a few months of bad luck and no bfps...all of us WANT to start a family - it's like how come its not us?

Re: aggravated
my husband knew i was upset - this has been looming b/c my sister keeps talking about how this girl wanted her baby to be born on valentines day b/c its "cool"
so anyway he sent me a message that said " our time will come my love and it will be amazing. we will be great parents and we will be a little clan me, u, baby and pum"
pum is our dog at least he made me feel a little better
it still stings though

Re: aggravated
I know how you feel, I work at a children's hospital and we have so many teen moms and/or mothers who just abandon their babies and it hurts so bad..I'm like why did this happen to me when these women don't even care for their babies??!

Re: aggravated
i totally agree with you. this is something that i def. think about. not only about teens but people in general. how many people have children that they did not plan for and really want? i just try to think that maybe there is a reason bigger than us and it is not our place to understand....it still stings...

I totally hear ya Nik! Its the innocence of their age that they think its so cool to have a baby.. its sad and I think babies having babies is a vicious cycle.
This morning, on the news, I heard about a 14 year old from Brooklyn girl rushed to the hospital because her mom didn't know why she was bleeding so bad, and they find out she had just given birth!! The mom didn't know, and the cops were sent to her apt where they found the dead baby in a garbage bag seriously.. I couldn't believe it! Teenage pregnancy is no joke, and I don't how I feel about it, when society looks at it as an accepted norm..

Re: aggravated
don't watch the movie "pregnancy pact"
or if u did, I'm sure you wanted to throw your tv out the window. it was a lifetime movie.
I always feel so angry when I see a teen take a pregnancy as a joke. it's not "cool" to be pregnant, its an effing blessing.

Re: aggravated
it is very frustrating to see or hear stories about young girls having babies at a time in their lives when they are not really ready to take care of another person
and here we are...in the right time of our lifes, emotionally and financially ready for a LO and its not that easy for us.
to us all!!

Re: aggravated
Im crashing because I totally know what your saying and completely agree with you. It always bothered me when people got pregnant on accident at a young age or teenage pregnancies. I thought here we are, made sure we were emotionally and financially stable and completely ready for such a huge lifestyle change, and there were so many others just doing this on a whim. It made me mad because I had waited so long (for that "perfect time", which of course doesn't happen) to make sure we were completely ready and able to care for a life other than our own, while so many others don't take it seriously and think its a joke. It makes me sick actually, when I see so many others struggling to get pregnant who truly want it.
I totally feel for you too because of all that you went through. I do believe though that you will get your bfp and you will find happiness. Unfortunately your life took you a different turn to get you there and it's unfair so many woman have to even go through that.
