age for Highchair?* updated*
DD is going to be 5 months this week. We have not put the highchair together yet, but DH wants to know if he should since we're starting her on solids tomorrow.
Is she big enough? Does she have to be sitting up unassisted to be in it?

We put DS in around 5 months. We used the recline at first. It's great - DS loves to sit in it so I get so much more done in the kitchen now.

We put DD in at 4 months in the recline position, specificallly because she was starting solids.

We started at 2 months. Our reclines and I used it a lot to help with feedings that fell around dinner time.
