I feel like you'll get so many different answers because people have different situations. DH and I lived home before we bought our house so we had to buy a lot of furniture - MB set, 2 living rooms, dining room, office furniture, etc.

we won't have any WE are taking a huge loss on the house we are selling and most of our cash will go to buy out of this loan and pay commissions. It's scary.
