... and a D&C (missed miscarriage)
does anyone know why exactly Dr's tell you to wait 2 cycles (or 1 or 3 whatever the case may be) to TTC again?

and how serious are they?

i would think to give your body time to recoup and ovulate on its own again and to flush out any bad cells etc...?

Yes, and to give your uterine lining a chance to rebuild so it will be strong enough to hold the implanted baby. I strongly recommend waiting. My BF didn't and she ended up with another m/c right away.

It's so your uterus can recoop. The lining needs to thicken to help lower the probability of MC due to poor implantation.

i was told the endometriousis lining is very thin and it is possible you will miscarry again due to the thin lining, plus you need your body to recoup. you had minor surgery (DNC). I was told to wait at least 3 months for the reasons above and due to a pregnancy disorder I had.

With a D&C you definitely want to wait. Basically during this procedure they scrape the lining of your uterus. One thing you can do is try accupuncture or homeopathic remedies to build up your lining. I think Vitex is one that can help. Good luck.
