after 2 years of TTCing.....
we finally got our BFP.....but unfortunately it looks like we are in the process of losing it   I have to go back to the RE on Monday but they are not optimistic that my beta will continue to rise so now its really just a waiting game. I thought a BFN was bad, but never realized until now how much worse a BFP without good numbers can be....
I know that they ends justify the means in this case, but i'm not too sure how much longer I can take this process 
Pity party over.....

Sorry to hear!
Maybe you can try to get your RE to make a request for the thrombofilial panel to see if there are any issues you should be aware of before the next cycle of IUI or IVF.
I too had 2 miscarriages in the last 1.5 years so I know how crushing this is...

Beta is only 20.... I got my BFP on Tuesday with a FRER and another one Wednesday, digital Thurs was negative and FRER this morning was almost non existent so i'm thinking my numbers are already trending down... we'll see Monday I guess. They have me continuing progesterone until my next beta. If numbers are down on Monday, I just have to go in for a Rhogam shot the following day. I hate the waiting game...

unfortunately I know exactly how you feel. I thought getting my BFP was all I needed and when my beta was low it was a blow to the head and hearti.

sooo....as if the emotional rollercoaster wasn't enough....I started bleeding this am (TMI sorry) so I went into the MD thinking I was obviously miscarrying....turns out my progesterone is very low (3.2) but my beta almost doubled in less then 24 hours (now 35) So they doubled my progesterone suppositories and put me on low dose estrogen and are "cautiously optimistic". They did a sono just to check out my lining and said it looks like i'm PG based on the thickness...
so hopefully this damn bleeding will stop...that would make me much happier!!
And I go back to the MD Monday for another Beta...  for good numbers!!!

So my latest beta is 78.....holy cow!!! DH and I are in shock. my progesterone is up to 4.6 so the bleeding has just about subsided (TMI Sorry) THANK GOD!!
Thank you for all your prayers ladies!! I go back to the MD on Wednesday for my next beta... They put me on bedrest for the rest of the week so I came home, went upstairs to change into comfy clothes and proceeded to fall down the stairs because i'm such a klutz I feel fine and haven't had any bleeding so hopefully this little one has a good grip!!
