After 1st DC - how was it to TTC for #2, #3 etc...
Hi Ladies....
DH and I are having a harder time TTC for #2.
DD was easy, 2nd month - happened so quickly!
This time around it's taking a lot longer than expected.
How about you? How long did it take to TTC?

Dc#2 I was still on BCP when I got pg 
I am very lucky that I "seem" to get pregnant very easy...but I think up to 6 months trying is the norm.

DD - 1st time trying
We got PG trying the 1st time for #2 but i had a m/c
Took 4 months after m/c to get PG with DC#2... that is due next month

DD-1st time trying.
This one, we got pregnant after 3 months TTC. Ended in a miscarriage. TTC 3 more months, and I'm due with DS on November. (9 months TTC total for a viable pregnancy).

It seems to be getting easier for me.
First pregnancy - 6-7 months (ended in m/c)
Second pregnancy - 3rd cycle after m/c
This pregnancy - First cycle trying
I should say that a couple factors changed that I wonder if they helped:
1) When I was PG the first time, when I had my initial B/W, it was found that I had a slight thyroid issue - nothing major, but its since been monitored
2) I was a smoker. I have smoked a cigarette since the night before my BFP with Ryan so over 2 yrs ago

1st cycle for DS
1st cycle for DD (due this month) - they will be 26 months apart.

With DS, I went off the BCP the end of October and was pregnant by the middle of December.
I am currently pregnant with #2 and we hadn't officially started trying yet.

We conceived DD totally unplanned while I was on the pill Everyone joked that #2 would take about 10 minutes of trying. Yeah, not so much. I got pregnant our second month of trying, but sadly miscarried. I got pregnant with DS FIVE cycles after the miscarriage.

DD#1 - 6 months
DC#2 on the way - took 14 months with the help of an RE. I went to see one after trying on our own for 12 months.
