AF question
I should really know the answer to this question since we've been TTC for over 2 years now, but if you get AF does that mean you ovulated? Is it possible to get AF and NOT ovulate? I'm having a brain fart right now

This. It's called an annovulatory cycle. I've had quite a few. Do you temp or use OPK's? Do you know that you're not Oing?

Yes it's possible, but not likely - especially if your cycle is regular.
If you've been TTC for over 2 years, have you and your husband spoken to a dr? I don't mean to pry, but that's a long time. It might be worth looking into things further since it could be something really easy to fix!

I probably should have mentioned that I've been seeing an RE for over a year now, and have gone through a few IUI cycles which all failed. But for the first time in years I've gotten AF on my own without the need of provera, It took 60 days, but I got it! So my question was, is it possible I ovulated because I got AF on my own? I'm wondering if my body is starting to regulate somewhat. Today is cd 18 and DH and I have every other day since cd 12 in case I am I fact o-ing, but I'm not using any OPKs or temping, just kind of winging it this cycle. We'll be going back to the RE next month

Ah, gotcha. Then yes, it's possible you're Oing on your own.
Good luck!

It is possible that you O'd on your own but it's also possible that it was an annovulatory cycle. The only way to know for sure is if you had temped. I used to have 50+ day cycles where I didn't ovulate and some that I did, just much later. Definitely keep because you never know!
