AF question
This is my 3rd AF off BCP and the last 2 months my cycle has been 32 days. Can I assume that my cycle has regulated itself?

Personally, I wouldn't assume just because I have read about too many cases where people had normal cycles and then a wacky one thrown in the mix. Are you charting?

mine was the same length for the first 6-8 months then it shifted by a week. if your TTCing try using OPK's because at least you will have an idea where your O day is. You can even use them for just one cycle. I don't use them everyday. I just start to use them when its recommended on the box then stop as soon as I get a + one

ummmm good idea. We arent TTC till the New Year but maybe I will start w/them now so I see where everything is actually falling.
