AF is Late...Cycle is usually like clockwork...BFN...

I have an almost 9 month old DD. I stopped BFing a little more than two months ago and I have had two periods since then. Before I had DD, period was on a 28 day cycle like clockwork (literally almost to the hour). I was amazed that when AF came back after I stopped BFing, it was once again like clockwork and I even resumed getting my period on the exact same day of the week (always a late Tuesday night).

I was due to get AF this past Tuesday night but I still haven't gotten it. We were not TTC but I would be lying if I told you we were being careful. I sent my DH out for a HPT last night but he brought home a digital (from what I remember with DD, they are not as sensitive/need more HCG in the system to be positive). It was negative last night and again this AM.

I am STUMPED. The only time I've EVER been late on my period was when I was PG with DD. Has anyone ever been so so so regular and then suddenly be late for no reason (and not PG)? I don't know if I should run out and get a regular HPT and test again (I'm at work so that might be psycho lol) or if I should take the digital seriously and just wait for AF.

I'd re-test again either tomorrow or Saturday using a FRER. My cycle was like clock work too...until I started TTC.
