AF here :(
I had such a good feeling that it "took" this month, but I started AF last night (1 day late). I think I am going to skip the opks next after AF ends and just BD every other day from day 7-18 and see what happens. I mean I've been following that BD schedule with opks and nothing, so waste my money and cause more anxiety!
I'm also going for a second opinion to a new OBGYN on Tues. I really like my OBGYN, but I don't like how she is so dismissive of my concerns and told me I am being neurotic. I don't think it would hurt to just do a sono for me, rule out any cysts or any other issue and put my mind at ease! She also dismissed me when I was concerned about getting more than 1 positive per month with the opks. Hopefully my second opinion understands where I am coming from!

Sorry, hopefully February will be the month for you. 
What OBGYN do you go to? I highly recommend Women 4 Women OBGYN in Lake Success. My Gyn has always been good at ordering different tests for concerns she/I have. I've seen Dr. Duncan and the RN practictioner Amy Newman and both are great.

Sorry! I hope you get the answers you want to hear with this new OBGYN. I know how frustrating it is to be dismissed when you have concers.

Thanks. My friend at work actually recommended my current OBGYN to me. Just recently she told me that she ended up needing fertility treatments and when she does approached our OBGYN with her concerns, the dr blew her off too. Not that it's right, but it made me feel a little less like I was being "neurotic" as the dr said!

Change is sometimes needed! I have changed gyn's an RE when I felt like they weren't listening and refused to change protocols. I couldn't be happier now
