AF cramps question
I know this is the ttc board but I have a random question. AF just started today and I'm sitting here at work with BURNING cramps, like my whole lower half is on fire/smoldering. I've never had cramps like this before that I can remember.
Has anyone experienced this, or any suggestions? I just popped two aleve bc that's all I had at my desk

sorry!! I'm very lucky that i don't get really bad cramps. just 1 of my cycles of BCP were really bad. i had to lay in the bed with a heating pad!
otherwise I'm usually able to just take some pain meds. hope you feel better!!

i have horrid cramps every month...the kind where i cant do anything
i usually lay in the fetal position with a heating pad on..it helps
i also and not to sound gross but throw up..it helps me for some reason..
feel better! af suucks!
