AF cramp question...
As some of you may know this is our first month TTC and I currently have my first AF since we started.
For some reason this seems to be the worst AF ever! I have never in my entire life experienced such bad cramps like this and am just curious if anyone else has ever noticed a change in their AF since TTC.
Just wondering...Thanks!

My first month TTC I had a 39 day cycle (rather than my usual 30 day). I remember AF being one of the worst I ever had also. I associated it with a very long cycle that month.

No I have never been on the pill. Strange, I thought but maybe this is normal being counselor74 was experiencing the same 
Just a thought...I do think it's a bit strange being I haven't had a bad AF since my teens.

I had a very short cycle like you did and my period lasted 7 days!@!!!! That is not usual for me.. more like 3-4. The flow (TMI alert) was much much lighter but really long. I am adjusting after IUD removal so that might have something to do with it.

are you taking any new vitamins? I just posted this on another thread....I had a longer luteal phase, a nightmarish AF that felt like Hell.........and I'm attributing it to all of the extra vitamins that I've been taking.
Have you been taking extra/new vitamins?
I'm not a dr., and this may not be the cause (it could be a lot of things) but for me at least, that was the only thing I did differently this month and I'm thinking thats the reason.

No extra vitamins just my usual multi-vitamin, Centrum which I forget to take sometimes. I haven't even started my pre natals yet which I must start...I just got the prescription for them.
