AF and cramping

it's been so long i don't remember

when you get AF (or are about to get it), do you have consistent cramping, or does it come and go?

i had crazy cramping this morning and (TMI alert) some brownish CM, but it only lasted an hour or two and now it's gone i'm still spotting though (but only a tiny bit).

well everyone is different when it comes to AF cramps...i would usually have it come or go for the first day or 2 with some spotting...sounds normal to me

for me , my cramps come and go when AF is coming.. its nothing constant..

Yes, that has happened to me before. Midol usually does the trick!

it's definitely AF, i am spotting more now.

who would have thought i'd ever get excited about something as evil as AF
