AF and Anxiety?

I usually suffer from anxiety attacks, well it's been a while because I am able for the most part to control them, but sometimes when AF is due or comes it itensifies the feeling of anxiety for me. Well this month is terrible..sorry for TMI but it is the worst I have ever had it and the anxiety is awful! Has anyone ever gone through this?

I have anxiety too and I feel like around AF I am also more likely to have a small panic attack or just feel more anxious in general. Its annoying, but when AF is coming and I start feeling that way I just try to calm down. I also try to avoid trigger foods during this time like caffeine.
