Advice needed: What should i do to help
So I temped religiously this past month and no such luck. I didn’t even notice a temp rise indicating O. What do you girls suggest adding to my regimen? OPK’s? are the only OPK’s the ones that are like $200? Or are there other kinds? Please help. I’m super bummed that I just got AF after 40 days

I started temping and I got a clear reading after 2 months dont give up it really does work. I do factor in OPK's now. Try it.

Re: Advice needed: What should i do to help
I used the Clear Blue Digital OPKs. The one with the They were under 30 dollars and I think it came with 7 sticks. I only had to use 1 stick each month bc my cycle is 29 days and I'd wait til about CD12-13 to test. I always got the on the first shot. So I was able to use the same kit multiple months.
If your cycle is regular, this may be a good option. There really is NO guess work bc either you get a or you don't.

Clear Blue Easy OPKs 20-pack from Amazon
Click the link above. That is the best price for a 20-pack. I would start using them anywhere between CD10-CD15. It says you can use them with FMU but the first month I used them I did not have any luck with FMU. I take the test when I get home from work, which is between 5:15-5:30. You should try to hold your pee for at least 4 hours. So I usually pee around lunchtime and then hold it until I get home.
Good Luck!!

Have you recently come off BC? Are your cycles regular?
Can you post your chart? The only way to confirm you are ovulating is to chart. If you didn't see your temp rise, you may not have ovulated. If you aren't ovulating, the OPKs aren't going to help.
You can try the OPKs, but keep charting because that will confirm your ovulation so you get to know your cycle.

my first 2 cycles off BCP were 33 days and then 32 days. this 3rd cycle was 40 days but this is the first time i really charted. i also had an infection in the middle of the month and dont know if that screwed me up. i do my charts on paper, i havent put them online yet.

You may not be ovulating yet if this is only your 3rd cycle off BC or the infection could have screwed you up. Did you notice any fertile CM during this cycle?
Were your cycles regular before BC?
