Advice for getting new windows?

Advice for getting new windows?
We are looking to replace the 7 windows in our den. It is so drafty in there that I've even seen the blind pulls blowing where there are strong winds! I know it will do a number on our oil bill again this year! I can't take it now that I am home with the baby for the year!
I know I want at least double hung, double glass panes, low e, and argon gas.
If you have gotten new windows recently, which did you get? Who did you get them from? I'd love recommendations!

I got mostly Anderson double hung & a few casements. My contractors got them & installed them. My suggestion is to call Bob Jr at Active Door & Window in Holbrook. I have worked with him several times & he is grat! They are a vendor on here he gives a LIF discount. I should have had him do my windows to begin with. He is such a pleasure to work with.
If you call him tell him Jodi & John from LIF sent you.

My contractor ordered the Andersen 400 series for my house. (Those are the ones with double panes, argon gas, and low-e coating).

We got Alside replacements...Alside Excalibur. They have all the features you mentioned. We really like them.

I have Andersen 400 series windows. they are excellent. They were about $300 a window. (42"X42")
