Acupuncture
I just started acupuncture with Andy Kaplan and so far I am very please.
I am fairly certain that I ovulated yesterday. I had such intense ovulation pains that I normally don't get! It really felt like AF was coming and I was doubled over in pain for at least an hour!
I was thinking that the only thing different I did was see Andy. I want to take it as a good sign that my body is doing what's it's supposed to do!
