? about treadmills
my treadmill incline level is set for 1.5 now is that on an incline or is that really just flat being it doesn't go to 0?

Why doesnt it go to 0.0? I would say 1.5 is an incline....what does the manual say?

I don't have the manual I bought this treadmill in 2004 planning on losing weight before my wedding however never used it until the past couple of months  but when i push the arrow down it wont go past 1.5 so i wasn't sure if other treadmills start at 0 or if they start at 1.5

yup - mine starts at 0 also.
