? about ovulation & AF & cycles ,
I dont post often on here . but i do lurk quite often.
Im  completely confused
cycle days, when i ovulate , etc.
ive been on monthly cycles & done some ovualtion calendars, my main 2 questions are
I am not completly sure when its asks , how long is your menstrual cycle ? what to answer. & Im not sure if iam counting the days correctly in between each AF .
Can someone help , I have record of the days I got AF ,for the pas few months .
Idk if i count from the exact day i get af to the exact day i get the nex af & that is my "menstrual cycle days " lol

There are girls on here probably way more in the know than I am, but I believe your cycle is from the day you get flow (as opposed to spotting) until the day before you get flow the next time.
For me, my last period was on May 5. I should get my period tomorrow, making my cycle 31 days.

So you actually count may 6th to tmrw ? Not may 5th ? to get the 31 day ?

Your first day of full flow (meaning you had to wear something, not just spotting) would be your Cycle Day 1 and then you woudl count from that point on.

Yes. May 2nd would be Cycle Day 1. May 24th would be Cycle Day 24 and that last day of that cycle.
May 25th would Cycle Day 1 all over again!

there is a great website...www.fertilityfriend.com. It's free to join and you can chart everything out -BBT, when you BD, etc. Once you a join - you get an email each day for 20 days and each one explains something different - like BBT, how to calculate your cycle, your boyd's fertilty signs. I have learned a lot from it and its helpful to be able to keep all of your info in a chart.
