about OPKs
Do you use more than one type to test each day? I've been using the same brand for the past few months. This month FF says I O'd but I've been taking the OPK test since day 7 and haven't even registered a faint line.
I was thinking I should buy back up OPK in a different brand.
Do most of you use more than one brand to test each day??

Re: about OPKs
What time of the day are you testing?
Usually with OPK's you need to test in the afternoon and not with FMU.
You might have missed the surge
I only get a surge for 1 day, and it can def be easily missed if timing was off.
Good luck! I would stick with the same brand.
What CD do you o? What is FF saying o date?
THose things are so expensive, i try not to use the whole 7 days in one week, especially if i am charting.

Re: about OPKs
I usually test at night - right after I get home (which is either 7:30pm or 9:30pm).
Normally I O between day 11-13.
This month FF has it at 8.
My temps are high now so I wouldn't be surprised that I o'd. I'm just surprised that I missed it. I tested every freakin' day!!

Re: about OPKs
i never had luck with the OPKs with the two lines- I used the digitals with the circle/smiley face- yeah they were $$$ but they were the only ones that I was able to understand-otherwise I was just going crazy trying to figure out if the two lines were the same.

Re: about OPKs
I guess I need to start shelling out more $$$ on these things.
This month I'm getting NO lines (just the control line) so I thought I still had a chance.

I only had luck with the digital OPKs. They are so much easier than the lines.

Ditto. I started with happy faces then went with two lines and they made me mental. I will spend the money for peace of mind. Happy faces for me from now on.

Re: about OPKs
I was relying on OPK's this month and I think I missed my O.
I O'd the day after Thanksgiving (temp went up), but we were at the IL's so we didn't BD because I didn't have a postive OPK.
I'm so mad at myself. I'm not relying on those anymore.
