? about Bakeware
I recently bought a Calphalon 11 x 17 baking sheet. I used it tonight to bake salmon in the oven. After the sheet had been in the oven for a few minutes, one corner of the sheet twisted upwards! It cleared the oven rack by at least two inches!! What am I doing wrong? Has anyone had this happen to them?

So it's totally normal? I wanted to try making cookies this week and now I'm concerned that this would affect the cooking.
Why doesn't this ever happen to the cooks on the Food Network?  lol

I have never had this happen to me. I usually purchase wilton baking sheets.

This happens to mine as well and I asked my nutritionist about it and she said I probably don't have a good one.. lol.. so i guess I need to invest in one..  Hope this helps.

That happens to mine ALL. THE. TIME. I have Calphalon as well.
I also have the Pampered Chef stone one - maybe I'll just use that puppy from now on.

i have never had that happen, but i do find that with calphalon my stuff always burns, so for christmas i asked for the williams sonoma gold bakeware by sil swears by it
