? about Bakeware

I recently bought a Calphalon 11 x 17 baking sheet. I used it tonight to bake salmon in the oven. After the sheet had been in the oven for a few minutes, one corner of the sheet twisted upwards! It cleared the oven rack by at least two inches!! What am I doing wrong? Has anyone had this happen to them?

This happens with all of my baking sheets.

So it's totally normal? I wanted to try making cookies this week and now I'm concerned that this would affect the cooking.

Why doesn't this ever happen to the cooks on the Food Network? Chat Icon lol

Re: ? about Bakeware

That happens to mine ALL. THE. TIME. I have Calphalon as well.

I also have the Pampered Chef stone one - maybe I'll just use that puppy from now on.

How annoying!! Chat Icon I guess I'm going to have to bite the bullet and get some from All-Clad or Williams Sonoma.
