A vent bc I am going to explode!
We have a tenant that lives downstairs. When he moved in he never mentioned that his 2 bratty daughters are with him 4-5 days per week and that they would be sleeping over, here all day when not in 1/2 day pre-school. Agggh! The tenant and his kids stomp down the stairs, scream, and generally make lots of noise.
They just woke up my sleeping DS with the noise!!  My DS hears everything and even with his white noise machine I make sure to keep it extra quiet. I hate that they are so inconsiderate. Having a tenant makes me being a SAHM much more manageable financially so I try to deal but sometimes I just want him/them to go. It doesn't help that he is late with the rent, it was due the 1st!!!!!
Venting here bc I needed to get it out before I lost it.

You are the landlord? First i would tell him the 1st was 6 days ago, Nd second, please be quiet my kid is sleeping.
Im glad my kid will sleep through a tornado, that would make me nuts.

I think you should raise the rent since his daughters are living there with him. That may push him to move and then you can get a new quieter tenant!
