A muscle question
Tuesday evening I did this full body muscle class at the gym, and I've done it many times before but not in a few months (okay, many months ). My legs are KILLING me! So I didn't run yesterday or today. Should I wait until my legs no longer hurt to run again, or is it better to just run through the pain? I mean they really hurt. It hurts to sit, it hurts to walk, everything.

If I am really sore after a workout, I will take off 1 or 2 days. I try not to take off more than that cause I find the break really catches up with me and ruins my 'flow'. When you have alot of lactic acid built up, it is going to hurt when you start running, but your muscles will quickly loosen up and it will actually make you feel better. Try taking glutamine after a hard workout - it reduces lactic acid buildup.
