a little TMI - question about kids using the bathroom
Just wondering what age it is appropriate for kids to start wiping themselves? Sorry TMI!

Re: a little TMI - question about kids using the bathroom
My girls started when they potty trained at 24 months and 27 months old. Both were fully wiping themselves just a few months after potty training. They occasionally asked for help but that stopped by age 3.

Around 4 is developmentally appropriate. However, some schools do not wipe once they become potty trained. I don't think before 4 they really have the motor dexterity.
