9.5 month old foot turning in?

Just wondering if anyones elses DC did this:
My DD's one foot turns in so much when she walks with her push toys or holding our hands and sometimes when she's crusing around things. I am getting a little concerned b/c it turns in ALOT and its only one foot. I dont remember my DS doing that. Initally she was doing it when she pulled up to stand on things, but once she got her balance, she would turn the foot straight again. It has gotten worse when she started crusin/walking with the toys. my Dr said it was nornal but they are very relaxed and he never saw her walking/it happening. My DS gets PT and I am thinking of having her take a look at my DD. Has anyone had any experience with this or any advice?
I am wondering if I need to bring her to a orthopedic or will she grow out of this? Also will this impede her learning to walk?
TIA!

I don't have personal experience, but this happened to one of my nieces. My sister took her to the ped, and the ped said she would likely grow out of it, which she did. It did not impede her learning to walk Chat Icon

My DD had the same thing. The pediatrician always said she would grow out of it just wait it out etc etc, but I needed confirmation and therefore brought her to the pediatric orthopedist. We literally met with him for 3 minutes, he confirmed it was nothing and said to come and speak with him if it was still a problem after age 3. PS: She is now 2 and her feet have completely straightened out. I would try not to worry about it for another year or so. It should correct itself. HTH

Very normal and it * usually * will self correct by 18 months. If still there at 18 months I would have it looked at.
