Is it bad to exercise/diet while TTC
I started to "cut out" the junk and add fruits and veggies. No diet soda in a week added a lot more water seltzer and have been riding the bike about 3x a week. Is this going to mess up my cycle?

Re: Is it bad to exercise/diet while TTC
my doctor strongly encouraged me to develop a good eating and exercise plan prior to TTC.
the exercise part is especially important - supposedly the fitter you are prior to your pregnancy, the easier it is to shed the pounds afterwards.

What you're atlking about isn't dieting really, it's eating healthier and that can never be bad for you, or for TTC. And working out is great, especially getting into a routine BEFORE you're pregnant. That way you can keep up some activity through your pregnancy which is supposed to be good for you and help with labor.
