Pam-too weird!!! Yes, I'm almost the last house on the street, across from the lake.
We must have bought our houses at around the same time because yours & the one next door to you were both for sale when we bought!
Do you belong to the civic association? Do you go to the beach in the summer?

No, we talked about joining, but didn't know if it would be worth it - if we would use it enough. Are you members? We also always talk about trying to go to some of the parties and stuff to meet people, but something always comes up.
Yeah, the people next to use bought right before us but didn't move in till last winter. And then we got new neighbors across the street a month or two after we moved in.

Pam-the beaches are SOOO worth it! The pic in my avatar is a sunset over the lake from the end of the summer. You meet a lot of people through the LPCA, I'm on the board of directors & I chair a commitee.
The lake is the reason we bought in this neighborhood. You have kids right? The beach is loaded with little kids & moms in the summer, its great! Did you get the neighborhood newsletter last month? It has some of the dates for upcoming parties, they are usually fun!
