While I am in the inqusitive mood- I have one more? for the good ladies of this board-
Folic acid-
I have been taking it for like 2 months-
400 mg per day.
I was on a trip yestreday and frogot to pack the folic acid and the lady @ the health food store told me to buy the 1000 mg beacuse that was the updated recommended dose. So I did-
How many milligrams do you take a day ?????
