 | SO I am going to see my Gyno today I don't think I have been ovulating, and havent had a "REAL" period since april....I've just spotted a couple of times, and I have never had a positive OPK in the three months I have been using them...everyday!
What should I be asking? How do I get her to take me seriously, that I don't want this to go a year before we start trying to figure out why I am not conceiving....

 I am SOOO Frustrated....

 | Re: SO I am going to see my Gyno today When I had my first appointment with my gyn, I brought print outs of FF charts so she could see I've been taking it seriously. I also wrote down all the issues I thought were relevant (pain/cramps, delayed ovulations, temps all over the place). I'm sure each dr is different, but mine said that because we'd already been trying for several (6 at that point), she'd start on the blood tests and wrote a script for DH semen analysis at that first apointment.
Now I'm going back to discuss next steps.

 Good Luck!!

 | Re: SO I am going to see my Gyno today Yup, I did that too, I printed out my FF charts, so she could see that we have been trying this whole time. Hoping that helps my chances are her being proactive.
what next steps are you having to take..did some of your tests come back strange?

 | Re: SO I am going to see my Gyno today Actually, all the tests came back fine. I read somewhere that a majority of infertility cases are "unexplained" - that is, they can't find a medical reason.
I'm not sure what the next steps are.

One is the post-coital something-or-other: you show up at the office within an hour after BD and they do some test to see if the environment is suitable for fertilization. Not too embarrassing.

Here's some info on infertility eval:
