New Stoop, Portico & Roof
We own a cape in Franklin Square and our stoop is awful and we would like to get a portico built along w/a new stoop and we need a new roof too....any idea what this would all cost?
We have no idea. TIA

we paid $3200 for new stoop and patio, dont know if that helps

not sure for the stoop and patio, a new roof depends on what kind of roof you are getting, you can get them with up to 110 yrs gaurantee on them so those are more $..But for a standard cape and a roof w/ a 30yr gaurantee it would probably run you about $5-6k.

Depending upon the size and materials used for the portico and stoop, it would run about $10,500 and up, plus your roof.

I live in FS also. My new stoop was approx. $5,000 (7 years ago), the portico was $4,000 (4 years ago), the roof was $8,000 (last year).
