I never used anything and she NEVER had a diaper rash and the same for my son who is wearing diapers now.

Always wipes, sometimes vaseline, sometimes nothing and sometimes Balmex after a poop!

I usually don't use anything, but use Boudroux's Butt Paste if she looks a little red!

I used to use a+d, I still have them use it at daycare.
If she looks red I use blamex, butt paste is she is really red.
