Yes it is kid friendly, as for babysitters.....my parents, 2 sets of aunts and uncles 2 cousins all came with us. The new hotel Wynn would not allow us to enter with the carriage. The Bellagio is easing restrictions on kids, we ate there one night with the baby and no one said a word.
