What does gorgonzola cheese taste like?
I am not a big cheese eater. DH is taking me out on Saturday for my b-day, and I was looking at the menu. It has a filet mignon (which I love) with gorgonzola raviolil.
I HATE goat cheese, or any strong cheese. Would I like gorgonzola? TIA.

It is the twin of Blue Cheese I think the difference is one is made with goats milk & the other is made with cows milk.

It is a blue cheese that is simalar to a stilton blue, but is creamier. If you don't care for strong cheese then my bet is that you wouldn't like gorgonzola.

I love cheese and do not go near gorgozola.. or blue cheese for that matter.. It is very strong. You either love it or hate it.
To answer your question-- Feet. But that's subjective of course

I like Gorgonzola, but not Blue Cheese. I guess they are sort of similar, but I think gorgonzola is smoother and not as strong tasting as blue cheese.

Isn't that amazing?!! I was able to make it for my husband for his birthday last year - it wasn't as good as Jimmy Hays, but man - goodness is bliss!!
I love it crumbled in spinach salad, with cranberries, almonds and raspberry vinaigrette!!
Oh, heaven!!

I love gorgonzola and blue cheese- but these are strong cheeses and odds are you will not like them- what restaurant is this? Sounds so yummy!
