they are all really nice though so you can't go wrong!
i had the same issue. i couldnt pick between pictures so I ended up doing 2 announcements... one had 9 pics and the other had 5 pics!

I like the 2 pics in color very much and would like it if they could be larger and you could put the words in the middle or on top? Take out the black in whites though they are adorable too. I dont care for B&W and color on the same card. KWIM? adorable!

I can see why you are having a tough time. All of these are BEAUTIFUL. 
My vote is for #1. I think the pics in this one are each on a different scale so it's a nice balance.

I love all of the them, but the picture of her in the white basket is perfect I think for this type of announcement. You could still do a square and then on the back you could use one of the ones you posted.
I ended up using the vertical one.
