6 week old mucous in poop
I noticed today that my 6 week old has had a lot of big poopie diapers with mucous and the last diaper had tiny specs of blood...Im EBFing, and have been eating a lot of Chobani yogurts lately...could she have a sensitivity to dairy...the Chobani had really been my only diet change...
Edited to add she is not fussy or crying more than usual...

Thanks, I have a feeling it is the increased amount of dairy Ive been eating, I will call the ped in the am to see what she says.

That is what DD's diapers looked like when I was told she had a milk protein allergy/sensitivity.

Bring the diaper to the pediatrician....it's likely a milk protein allergy

I would take her to the ped immediately and save the diaper. Mucous and blood is a sign of a milk protein allergy-my DD had the same thing. Stop eating the yogurt right away and call the ped.

Refrigerate the diaper though. Had the same situation and didn't realize it had to be if there was a long length of time in getting it to doctor
