Trader Joe's prenatals....
I am so sick and tired of taking Flintstones chewables, so when I was at Trader Joe's I saw prenatals that are gentle on the stomach, has anyone tried these and had success with them? I started them tonight, time will tell, but just wondering if anyone had any positive or negative experiences with it.

Hmmm don't know about the prenatals....but one thing that has worked for me in regards to my CM, is trader joe's drink....called 'vitality'. It's their version of V8 splash. It contains loads of carrot juice.....the drink is actually orange in color. I personally enjoy the taste and helps my mucus become quite stretchy during ...'peak' time. I know this is off the topic but I just thought I would share.
