His house is right near the river... at the end of the block is the river.

Then I'm thinking of a completely different house. Come to think of it, the house I'm thinking of is on Rose St. in Smithtown. They look similar. I love the inside-the bathroom looks beautiful!

The garage is HUGE... it is because my uncle owns a construction business and he has stuff in there He built it himself!

I'm showing this to FI immediately - he loves San Remo! Beautiful house - I'm totally ****** that I didn't check LIF until now, or we would have gone to the open house.

A little bit of both
I want to move to LI... DH wants to stay in Queens
For those who think houses on LI are over priced.. Queens is even worse just cheaper taxes

There were some interested people.. but no offers yet. It is going to be put on MLS soon, right now it is just listed with one real estate. And MAxine if you are really interested I can describe the house better to you, you can't really tell how it looks from the pictures.
