we thought about it Dh and i yea it was the perfect house but My Dh and i want a eat in kitchen and other things and the price was a little high he wanted 1000 less at foirst we just dont want to go in a bidding war its not of being selfish and stubborn just we want a nicer house. i saw a nother one i am going to save the pic and show it to you!
Ok I understand if you just don't want the house anymore but please know that if/WHEN you find YOUR house negotiating the price is inevitable. Coming back once or twice doesn't qualify as a bidding war.
However, as I said last night, I wish you the best of luck in your house hunt.
