my family is moving to Greenpoint Brooklyn.
Anyone live near the area? We're looking for a reliable Realtor. We're renters... no desire (or  )to own a home at the moment...

I hate brokers too and I'm pretty pissssed I'm paying a broker fee for teh house we found....BUT I think Coldwell Banker is alllll over Brooklyn...
