Ladies whose DH had a SA done with Quest
Where did your DH go to get it done? My DH has an appointment Wednesday and they're telling him the only location that does it is Forest Hills Queens. What other lab options are there?

DH went to a local urologist that his Dr recommended.

syosset does them - that's where DH had his done in January. When you call the phone number to make the appointment you can tell them you want to drop off there. The website only gives Forest Hills for some reason.

I went to Labcorp bc Quest didnt take my insurance.
Labcorp.com
And you are able to "drop off" your SA

My DH got the specimin cup at Quest in Forest Hills. They are the only Quest in Queens that does this. DH gave the sample at home and had to drop it off within 1/2 hour. I think the only times they accept the drop off are between 9 and 9:15 or 9 and 9:30. You should call to double check. He didn't need an appointment to pick up the specimine cup or drop it off.

Thanks! I made him call back and now he has an appointment at Syosset. I don't know why the woman earlier told him he could only go to Forest Hills. I guess because you can walk-in there.

The only other Quest lab I know of that does SAs is in Syosset. Would that be closer for you?
