I have a quick Real Estate question -
Any idea where I can purchase a foreclosure list and how much it typically costs?

Re: I have a quick Real Estate question -
Try contacting local banks- they should have a list and you shouldnt have to pay for it

Re: I have a quick Real Estate question -
I have never heard of a legit company that sells the list
There isn't really 1 list besides stratus - which is the realtor side of mls- I can pull a list of every REO- by price, location etc
Each bank has REOs on there website- but they are going to direct you to the listing agent
Your best bet to contact a real estate agent that specilaizes in REOs
I happen to know one ;)
