I have another OPK question
Did anybody else have a problem not going to the bathroom for 4 hours. That seems to be my problem with these, any ideas or advice would be appreciated. Thanks

I used them first thing in the morning. Check with the brand... I know I used Answer OPK and it was fine to use first thing in the morning.

I don't think that you have to use that concetrated urine for the OPK's so if you hold it 2-3 hours I *think* you should be good.

2-3 hours wiht limited liquids is usually fine.

I had a problem with that too. I tried one month testing when I got home from work and the kit I used didn't show any signs of O. Maybe because my urine was too diluted or the test wasn't as sensitive. The next month I used a different kit, the one that gives you a smiley for O, and used it first thing in the morning...my DH's suggestion. It worked!!! I got a smiley. Well, good luck and baby dust.
