Question about Ovulation Cycle
So how can you tell if you are ovulating if you have an irregular period?
That is the case with me...so it makes it hard for me to pinpoint my next period...

Charting would be good for you. Also monitoring CM and using OPKs.

A dumb question, what is CM and OPK's...
Charting your BBT (basal bosy temperature) which is your temperature when you wake up in the morning. You chart that (you can get free charting at www.fertilityfriend.com) and you can see by your BBT pattern when you ovulate. Normally your BBT will drop just before O and then rise quite a bit after Oing.
You might want to buy the book "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" too - its very helpful with all this stuff.
CM is cervical mucus/cervical fluid - this will increase around the time of ovulation and dry up after you O
OPKs are ovulation predictor kits. they look like pregnancy tests and you use them the same. They help you determine when you're most fertile (just before you ovulate)
