 | Re: SO, is 5-6 days past O too early to test? Well "logically" we all know its too early to teset but there is no logic when it comes to POAS
Good luck Michele, sending you tons and tons of baby dust

 | Re: SO, is 5-6 days past O too early to test? Prior to implantation days 1-5 dpo, there is no hcg being released. Hpts measure hcg. Implantation can occur around 5 dpo-9 dpo. Three-Five days past implantation can be the start of testing. It takes hcg about 3-5 days to pass through the kidney. That's how long it takes for the hcg to be released into the urine. Since you are charting Michele, you might be able to 'detect' implantation on your chart, by witnessing a dip 5dpo-9dpo. Now, that is definitely not a certain way of telling you are pg, since many pregnancy charts do not contain a dip and many non pregnancy charts do. However, sometimes it's a strong indicator. |
