4 dpo and cramping..?
I've been having dull, low cramping AF-type pain all day long today. It is too early for AF, I think. What would this mean? Fertility friend says I O'd on Saturday, confirmed by opk and temp shift. Is it too early for this?

usually Implantation cramping happens between 6-12 DPO so its still a bit early for the cramping to be from implantation...UNLESS you o'd earlier and are implanting now
