3rd week of Lupron, anyone?

I'm in the middle of my first IVF cycle and my body isn't cooperating. (Isn't THAT a shocker?!)

I came off BCPs Thursday, 12/18, and was supposed to start stimming on Wednesday, 12/24, but I started making follies and my estrogen was too high (136), so they kept me on the 10iu of Lupron. When they checked me again yesterday, we learned that my follies are still growing (biggest is 15.5) and my estrogen is still rising (170).

The NP and I thought they would cancel this cycle, but instead the RE decided to raise the Lupron to 20iu in the hopes of quieting me down (squashing the existing follies? ) and letting me continue with this.

Does anyone have any experience with this? Not sure what to think.
