38w appt-small progress
I just had my first internal. I'm not dilated yet (darn!) but I am 50% effaced. He said the head is right there. Dr said I'm right on track. I was just glad to hear that something is happening.

Hang in there! I had ZERO progress and my water broke at 38 weeks 3 days! You never know!
