36 Parenting Tricks
Not sure if this has been posted already, but I saw the link on Lucie's List, and think some of these tips are pretty great.
I had never even heard of a "baby shower cap" but I am now on a mission to find one. And the monster spray is pretty ingenious.

Why don't I think of this stuff, the laundry basket in the tub, the clip on the back of this high chair, the pool noodle on the door, the DVD case all genius!
