3.5 mos old - Diarrhea with no other symptoms - teething?

My little man usually goes poo once per day, sometimes once every other day. Thursday night, he went twice in 8 hours - ok fine, it was soft, but I figured he was a little backed up and now he's all clear.

Fast forward to Friday night and he went twice in 4 hours- most definitely watery diarrhea. Diarrhea again at 6am today, and again at 10am.

No fever at all. No blood in stool, no mucous, no vomiting. He slept the exact time he always does. He's been drooling like a mad man - we have to keep a bib on all day - and his hands are constantly in his mouth. BOTH hands.

His temperament is totally normal. He's smiling, playing, biting our hands, etc.

What do you think? Sound familiar to anyone?

Diarrhea is definitely a symptom of teething. If it gets worse I would contact the ped but if it is only once in a while it is probably teething. DS had the stomach virus 2 weeks ago and had lots of diarrhea but no fever.

Sound like my Lil Sophia...no fever her drooling is so bad we keep a bib on her as well..she will be 4 month Nov 31. The othere 2 really arent drooling as much as she is....
