3 months old and 101 fever
Should I be super worried?
I am waiting for the on call to call back.
DD is sick with a cough/cold but no fever. We were unknowingly exposed to Fifth's disease a week ago but DD didn't get it and she was the one playing with the little girl who ended up having it.

maybe not "super-worried"....more like concerned.
I would have called the ped. like you did and take it from there.

I agree with Lisa.
Remember, they run hotter at night and I think unless it is the "high" 101s, then you are ok
